I just wanna say, out of all the other cat foods out there, my cats have always preferred Fancy Feast. I have a 16 yr old and a 12 yr old, both of which I have fed Fancy Feast for most of their lives. They have a few flavors they really love, so they certainly get variety. I am happy to report that even the vet recommends it <3
My calico is almost 19 yrs old and I have been feeding her Fancy Feast Cat Food since I rescued her 18 years ago. She has some senior health issues, but her fur is thick and gorgeous and her quality of life is excellent for her age. Sometimes she eats the dry Fancy Feast, but she always has the canned in front of her. It does not smell bad and she loves it. She is a true testament to the quality of the food!
I tried this food on my cats just to add some variety (they eat Fancy Feast Gourmet) and WOW, both my cats like it a lot! They LOVE the chicken flavor and I can't wait to get the turkey one too! It has little bite sized chunks of chicken in the normal Fancy Feast style food. This is always a hit with my kitties!
The new chunky flavors are a good addition to your already varied offerings. My cats like most of the flavors, but chunky (and especially chunky chopped grill) is a favorite.
The chunky gourmet food from fancy feast is always a big hit with all 6 of my cats. A few of them are more leery of the gravy dishes but I never have a problem getting them to eat chunky variety.
Once my two feral Siamese cats tasted FF Chunky Chicken and Chunky Turkey, that is all they will eat! They sit and wait as other cans of food dry on the plate until I open their favorites. I think it must also be good for them to "flex their jaw muscles" chewing on the food chunks!
At this point in time, my two cats scorn most foods except Fancy Feast Chunky Chicken. This they will eat day after day and do not seem to tire of it.
